Savids Tech is a brand operated by Stellar AI Sp. z o.o. ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly — for example, your name, email, company, and the message you send through the contact form — and basic technical information from your browser (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security and analytics.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and follow up about a potential engagement.
• To improve the website and detect abuse.
• To meet our legal obligations (tax, accounting, regulatory requests).

3. Who we share it with

We use a small set of vetted processors to operate the site: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, bot mitigation) and ClickUp (where contact-form enquiries are recorded). We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. We delete or anonymize earlier on request.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and you may object to processing. Write to thomas@savidstech.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly-necessary cookies for security.
